The Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, (as updated) w.e.f. 05.12.2017is notified by Central Government, in exercise of powers conferred under Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) [FT (D&R) Act], as amended.
