Liability of Interest
Incomplete/deficient application is liable to be rejected. However, simpleinterest @ 6% per annum will be payable on delay in refund of dutydrawback and terminal excise duty under thescheme, provided the claim isnot settled within 30 days from the date oissueofinalApproval Letter by RA.
