Penal Action
In case, claim is filed by submitting mis-declaration/mis-representation offacts, the inaddition to effecting recovery under Para 7.10(b) above, theapplicant shall be liable for penalaction under the provisions of F.T. (D&R)Act, Rules and orders made there under.
